※このシステムは軟水装置を使用した基本仕様となりますが、ご使用場所の水質環境により給水側のセットアップのカスタマイズが可能です。
This system is a basic specication with a water softening device, but the water supply setup can be customized according to the water quality environment where the product is used.

環境クーラント水

Environmentally-friendly coolant water

水を原料として電解補助剤を添加し電気分解することで得られる強アルカリ電解水を用い、従来の切削油剤に替わる加工水や洗浄水としてご使用頂けます。

Strong alkaline electrolyzed water can be obtained by adding an electrolytic aid to water and　performing electrolysis. This can then be used as environmentally-friendly processing water
or environmentally-friendly cleaning water, replacing conventional coolant fluid.

洗浄水

通常の洗剤と異なり界面活性剤を含まないので発泡性もなく脱脂性、除菌性において優れた効果を発揮する環境にやさしい洗浄水です。

加工水

金属加工用として専用添加剤を加えることにより作業環境を改善しつつ高い加工性を持ち合わせる特殊加工水です。

*特殊添加剤としては、「鉄・ステンレス用」「アルミ用」の専用添加剤があります。
